If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment from 2-4 today. It is now 7pm and no one has bothered to call or show up. So disrespectful to customers to schedule appointment and not show up...especially when people take off work to be home.

I called to schedule an appointment during normal business hours and was told they charge a $30 travel fee. I was really shocked- I think it’s part of the job to travel to your customers. I called A K plumbing in Germantown, they came out the same day, fixed the toilet and didn’t make me pay for the mileage to get here.

Worked here and was disrespected continually. This business will failed. What goes around comes around.
