So Fresh & So Clean Hand Car Wash

Waste of money!!! Paid for in and out and extra to do the back of the SUV... They didn't wipe anything down. They did the bare minimum for vacuuming. The rubber floor mats still have dirt caked in them. And they didn't even open the back hatch area and clean. Looks like my car didn't even get cleaned!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!!

I had the complete detail service and they did a great job. My car looked great both inside and outside. And it was done in the time they estimated. So no problem there. Only criticism I have is reaching them. There was no answer at the phone # to make an appointment. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I would definitely use them again.

Horrible customer service and misleading advertising on Groupon. I would have given zero stars, but it's not possible. I purchased a Groupon offer for this business based on the reviews on Groupon. I called immediately to set an appointment as I needed the interior of my car detailed ASAP, and their business is about "mobile car wash and detailing." The guy who answered the phone told me that I should bring the car to them or schedule an appointment for later in April when the weather will be warmer. WAIT . WHAT??!!! Aren't you a mobile car washing service? I asked. With a lot of arrogance and bad attitude, he told me that "it was too cold outside to clean a car inside," and asked me if I would go out in a 30 F and wash my car (it was actually 39 F and very pleasant). I told him that if my business was focused on mobile services I would provide the service as advertised or tell my customers up front in my advertising that such service is not available during the winter months. Groupon refunded my credit card. This is the perfect example of a business that really needs to put someone who understands customer care behind the phone. As the saying goes in the business world, "you never get a second chance to make a first great impression." I will not use this business or recommend it to anyone solely based on my first interaction with them.
