So Fresh & so Clean LLC

I had bought the Groupon and then immediately regretted it after reading reviews (should have done so beforehand!) The reviews were right, no one answered the phone for a good 5 times I tried and tried. Then, realizing I had to use the Groupon since I missed the cutoff to refund I tried again. Someone finally answered and set me up with a time and date to come in. He was nice and respectful on the phone. I dropped off my car and they were communicative about pick up. I picked it up and overall am very surprisingly pleased with the detail! They guy who did it was very nice and all went well. He was very proud of the work he did. My car looked great, maybe a few small areas that could have been cleaner, but overall I'm pleased! Not sure I'll go back because it was definitely a gamble, but I did overall have a good experience once I got a hold of them.

I brought my new car expecting to get a nice hand car wash but except i got a total disaster. I warn you DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE. Soon as i left to look how it came out, i still had salt and dirt all over my brand new car. The workers there suck and they are not friendly at all. I will never even think about going there again. SMH

No star will be better. Bought voucher for a complete detail on croupon . I had to wait a month they say were busy. By the day of the appointment there was not appointment noted . they still took 8 hours to have it done. still dirty inside on the carpet also carpet so wet . call them and they suggest heat for 30 minutes will get dry, but after one hour . is still wet like drawning into a pool. No organization what so ever. Place has no heater. Office Cold as a fridge.

I give 5 stars for the hard work and effort I witnessed while I was here getting my car washed! These guys really work hard! And they really care about every detail and spot of your car when doing the inside and out! I really appreciate it and I will be back.
