Soaring Eagle Lodge

Just returned from an amazing 2 day float on the San Juan. The Soaring Eagle Lodge has great accommodations, incredible food, and it's right on the river. Their guides are top notch and they put us on a ton of fish (thanks Ryan and Cooper). I highly recommend staying here.

I had the pleasure of staying here during a company trip last week and all I can say is wow. The fishing on the river was phenomenal. Wish I had a little more experience landing big rainbows and brown's with a fly rod but we caught plenty of fish. The Saltwater fisherman came out in me. Jeff and his staff were awesome, the guides we fished with were great. The scenery along the quality water is crazy beautiful and the food served was great as well.

Excellent service. Best place to stay on the San Juan. New owners are great. Very nice fly shop.

Very laid back and rustic. Clean rooms . Not friendly to novice fishermen . Food was excellent but we were overserved with large wasteful portions .

Absolutely fabulous. I spent an amazing week end with world class guides, friendly staff , commited owner Jeff, blended with the beauty of northern New Mexico on the famous San Juan River. Don't miss the gem. Not over the top, cost reasonable, fishing and Soaring Eagle the best. Book now.
