Just got back from purchasing my very first brand new couch at Sofa Shack. We were actually headed to another furniture store but this place caught our eye and decided to come check it out. Their selection is SO different from all the other furniture stores we visited, they have such nice and unique couches and other pieces! Initially I thought it would be out of our price range but Dave was actually able to send us home that day with the exact couch we wanted! As we walked in he greeted us and let us browse the place without any pressure, just to let him know if we had any questions. Super nice, friendly and really did everything he could to get us the couch we wanted. Thanks again Dave, we are returning for the ottoman soon and hopefully another piece soon!

Huge selection! Always found exactly what we wanted. JD is the best to work with, he has gone above and beyond to help our family with every piece of furniture we’ve purchased. JD knows his stock and all the details of the furniture. Not to mention, he has great taste and helps piece together a perfect room! We just got our new sectional today and it is gorgeous. Delivery guys are always smooth sailing and extremely punctual. Thank you JD!

AMAZING. 100% recommend sofa shack. Dave helped us & was so great. Prices are great & the customer service is awesome. They don’t pressure you but are still very helpful. Dave helped me order the sectional I picked out in the store. When it arrived in our apartment it was slightly bigger than I was expecting completely my fault - I didn’t measure correctly. I called Dave and within 10 days they swapped out some pieces to make it fit better. Now it’s perfect & we even got a little refund for the different in prices. It looks great and I am so pleased!! After shopping for 2 days we walked into Sofa Shack and were blown away! Great selection, great showroom clean and bright and reasonably priced. It isnt cheap but isn't $2500 for a chair! JD was great, patient a super helpful he moved pieces together so we could look. Ended up with two rooms of furniture, custom made and exactly what we wanted. The store is great, JD made it exceptional!

I stopped in to start looking for a potential new sofa for my front room since my old one is really showing wear. The salesman greeted me and left me alone until I was ready to ask questions. So no Hard Sell and I was grateful for that. 4 a clearance sale the price is still seem to be a little high but I'm sure they will come down. Nice variety and stock on hand in addition to being able to customize for the same price as the sale. Pretty sure I'll be back when the time comes.

Really great experience yesterday. Purchased an amazing couch and recliner. All high quality products at great prices and sales. Unlike most furniture stores where it's either low quality or outrageously over priced. The salesman we had was one of the best as well! Didn't catch his name though but super friendly and tried his best to give us the best deal, which he did! Will totally reccomend this place to everyone I know!

This place is great! They have a wide variety of couch types, sizes, colors, etc. My husband and I had been to bigger and smaller furniture stores for days before coming here, and none of those couches felt right. We literally tried dozens of couches at these other places, but when we went to Sofa Shack, the awesome salesman Dave asked us a few questions about what we wanted, then had us try ONE couch and that was the perfect one! It was the color we wanted, right the level of firmness, the style of sectional, everything. Not only that but as soon as I had walked in, there was a chair all the way in the back that immediately caught my eye and I knew I had to have it. That’s the way it should be with furniture: you should just get a feeling about the piece you want and know if that’s right or wrong. This whole store - and the people in it - gave the perfect feeling. The couch and chair with matching ottoman were delivered in the timeframe we were given, and they put everything together for us - and all of it was so much better priced than the other stores we checked out. Love Sofa Shack, and can’t wait until we get more furniture to go through them again!

I took advantage of their big blowout closing down sale and got a good deal in a platform bed with storage and matching dresser. I was told they would call me when my items got in so I could pick them up. After my pick up date being pushed back 3 times due to their delivery truck being late. I live in north phoenix so I arranged for my dad who lives nearby their store to pick it up, and upon opening the boxes I was given 1out of the 3 boxes for the bed that were not the right parts or pieces for the item I purchased. Very pleased with the quality but kind of frustrated with the lack of care and effort in checking to make sure I was given the right items for what I putchased.

Tomorrow, May 21 my furniture 6 pieces was delivered two weeks ago. My leather couch arrived torn on the arm. I have called the store numerous times 6. On day 10 I spoke to the delivery manager. He said he’d check the condition of couch when it left store and get back to me. It was in perfect condition at the store. I am still waiting for a call and resolution. Highly disappointed in after sale customer service. I even have a copy of the deleted delivery persons damage report. Update... they told me it was damaged in the showroom floor before purchase. Buyer beware! Offering $50 for me to repair. Not satisfactory
