My fiance and I had the best experience purchasing a new refrigerator. Aaron Le Maitre was the sale's associate that helped us out and he provided AMAZING customer service. He went above and beyond to get the fridge delivered when we are available. He also respected our opinions and boundaries with what we were comfortable purchasing, and not just trying to add on anything we didn't feel we needed. Its hard to find customer service like this these days, and it is very much appreciated! Thank you Aaron for helping us with our purchase!
Order an item online for pick-up, received the order is ready to be pickup email. Drove 20 minutes to the store for them to first say I needed a printout to sign off on the pickup. After showing the email they then roamed the store and said the item was not actually carried there even though online shows several model variations in stock here. Cherry on top was they couldn’t complete the return for the online order that they didn’t have in stock and said I’d have to use online resources. Don’t waste your time with this place.
Extremely disappointed with the refrigerator and the installation. 1: the hose was not tighten properly from the back 2: the brand new refrigerator I bought here started leaking with in minutes after the install was completed and the delivery team was gone. Was told the soonest they can send someone to look at it would be in 3 days but when your buying something you can get it delivered with in hours!
I went in to buy a washer and dryer tonight after looking around I found a great deal and was prepared to set up the payment and delivery. I asked for help at the front desk and was told to wait for some other associate. I end up walking out time is money!
Esmeralda is the best! She’s so kind and was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and my boyfriend while we looked around and she was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She made sure we were happy with our purchase before we made the final decision and helped us understand what to expect. Overall 10/10 experience this woman deserves a RAISE!! If I could rate my experience higher I would, Esmeralda and her manager Ben are amazing and such kind people
Well, our sales person Esmeralda was very knowledgeable friendly she help with a purchase of a mattress and 65" tv. Made sure we were very comfortable with what we bought and understood the terms of our contract. This was our first experience with Conn's furniture I will no doubt go back into store 130 for future purchases.
It was a very good experience with the store. Walked in, talked with the sales man, he talked with Manager. They took us to the Tabletop computers, asked which we wanted. Picked it and they told us we need to go to a different store to pick up. Which we did and they put it in the vehicle for us. We left, I would give them a 10 and then some for helping us the way they did. We are a happy camper and walking on cloud 9. Thank you all for the help,
Larry was an awesome person helped us on all our needs for our house would highly recommend him to anybody. I give him 10 stars for his out going personality and great customer service this time around was actually our second time and just as the first time it was so smooth but in regards to getting furniture like couches dont please they are made of cheap material and dont honor there warranties for them so give them 1 star
Hands down the best experience I've encountered especially with doing a purchase as such for the first time. I was able to receive 5 star help to all questions met to plentiful of great vibe checks through the entire staffing especially Esmeralda. Which is who helped me to highly recommend anyone to go to her. Or Ben if she's not available. You will be more than met upon your reasoning of visit. I am already excited to return for more home appliance.
