Sole Control

Sole control robbed me. I had about 12k sneakers on consignment. They never sent me checks despite making promises. After they filed bankruptcy they sent me an email saying they had ONLY 1 sneaker in inventory. CONSIGNERS beware. This is their second time they have pulled bankruptcy and robbed their CONSIGNERS.

Does anyone know where these frauds are or how to get I touch with them? They apparently closed a year ago without contacting their consigners. Luckily I only had 1 pair of AJ 5's there! I'm seriously considering litigation!

What's the purpose of pre ordering shoes is what I like the ask these people. I mean a person pays double just to make sure they get the item without standing in ridiculous long lines and these people can't even send you an email about your item communication sucks they won't ever have to worry about my money again Purchase At Your Own Risk

I know for sure that the manager and three employees that originally worked at Sole Control are now at Suplex Philadelphia. Chris and one of the employees are personal friends of Steve so I am questioning this business practices of this store as well. Suplex recently opened in 2013 and with Sole Control now closed, I wonder exactly how the transition took place. Given that Suplex doesn't have a number doesn't surprise me. Horrible move given the reputation of Sole Control.

Order #15559 I'm tired of emailing yall, I need my order immediately, I got no tracking info, no answer on your phone, and no response for about 7 emails, stop playing with my money, WHERES MY ORDER...??? WHERES MY TRACKING INFO...??? SEND ME MY SHOES. !

Terrible costumer service! Take days to get back to you through email! Had to comment on random instagram pictures just to get their attention.

Horrible!!! Their website has been down for the longest this needs to be fixed sneakerheads do not like to wait
