Had an appointment and when I walked in I was told I needed to reschedule. I was not scheduled for the right type of exam. I didn't schedule it, they did. They called me to schedule with an order from my doctor. I did not. I took the day off for this appointment. I will go somewhere else.
Sometimes there's delays but I like how you can get further exams while you're there instead of scheduling a 2nd appointment
What an incredible experience! Great staff, friendly, and knowledgable who talk you through the process. Inspirational quotes on the walls, lockers named after incredible women from history Rosa Parks!, and fun post-it notes quotes on the dressing room mirror. Felt like a great place to be!!!
