Disorganized; staff doesn't seen to care about patients, and they don't know about co-pays. Charged $150 for an ultrasound that my fiance was referred to them by her primary care physician. Found out they shouldn't have charged her and it's been more than a month and still haven't received the money back. She gets the run around the several times she's called and the billing department can't seem to tell her when or if it's been sent out. They are much better place to go to.

Big girl Receptionist was rude. Ultrasound girl and partner gossiped while they performed my ultrasound. She should have been focusing on her job. Definitely not a welcoming, caring environment. No management whatsoever apparently.

Had an appointment at 830 am but tech doesn’t get in until 9 am. Why are there slots for 8-830 am on the website? Because I show up early I waited 45 minutes. The place needs an upgrade. It’s not dirty but looks dingy. The receptionist and the tech were both very nice!

The worst place to make your X ray, my doctor sent me to this place where the man at the window was rude and impatient. My son needs an emergency test and he said he would have results in four days

Technician was friendly and the whole process was fast easy.
