This place is so clean and the ladies in the office are so nice and polite and so sweet the best aptment I have ever seen in Las Vegas Nevada I can't wait to move in there

A staff and maintenance department 5 stars plus - they really care about the people that live here - fast and professional services every time !

I am very happy living here, I only wish I could have kept my upstairs apartment, but moving to ground level was doctor's orders: I like that the newest management has been very good about getting problems taken care of. Sometimes lots of little things go wrong, but they are fixed quickly by maintenance.

Writing this review for my grandmother because she doesn’t know how to work her phone haha. My grandmother has been living here for over a year and she loves it!!! She has never stayed at a place that she didn’t have one complaint until NOW. It’s super quiet, clean and the off staff is great. She said she would highly recommend!!!

Now the staff in the Somerset commons they change now and they increase. Now a days everytime u gonna sign the lease so Help me God

Nice property! My great-aunt lives here and I aM Her primary care giver. Never had any issues while visiting and anytime I’ve need assistance, the office staff is super helpful!

Somerset Commons is a beautiful and clean community. It is my first day working at this property and the team has already made me feel at home. I am excited to continue my journey with UV Residential.

It has gone down hill in the 2years I have been here. But I have to say that I do love my apartment
