Summerplace Apartments

Wanted to give zero stars but I needed to leave a review.. my husband and I lived there and the new management is rotten.. my husband passed away and he had signed the lease 4days before he died.. while I was working. The office manager knew us had no problem.until he died.. they made me believe they would put me in a different apartment so they can remodel.. they took my next months rent no problem.. until July.. at the last min of her shift she put a notice on my door to vacate that I was trespassing.. are you kidding me.. I wasn't a roommate .. I was his wife since 2011 and my husband died.. they didn't care ... They were going to put me on the street not even knowing if I took care of my husband final expenses . No regards for human life or any compassion for his grieving wife. The manager IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS.. They are only there Monday wed and Friday and majority of the time office door is locked and blinds closed.. they are the worst.. many roaches.. I am glad I moved. She gave me 4days I was gone a day before then.and now have better.. way better and a super cool manager that has a heart.. It may be cheap there.. but there is a huge reason why.. be aware..

I had lived at Summer Place for 3 years until a new owner bought the complex. He walked in and raised the rent. One year later he came back with a fresh lease and wanted to raise my rent to $550 a month so I moved out. That's not a lot of rent for Vegas but it is for these apartments and neighborhood. They were painting the building's outside and adding a security gate but nothing in our units. They have window ac units in the wall but they are mounted at the ceiling and they are, can't hear your tv loud. I needed a refrigerator the first year and they traded mine for another junker and it came with squatters. Roaches, there's a he'll of a bug problem there.

Very nice complex, it’s quiet. Not in the best area of town but it’s close quarters here. I like living here the office staff is very nice my husband and I have been here for 3 years.

I suggest you call for Availability! You will waste your time if you go here in person! They will not know your age because if you’re young the office will BS you on there is a line of applications for a bedroom. I believe this is mainly rents for older people. I’ve been here in the parking lot for 30mins calling for other apartments. I happen to see many older people walking out of their places. I have no issues on that but I feel I got looked down at because of my young age. Also I would not fit in here!

Really quite and nice, comfortable place to live in. Good neighbors, security at night, management were friendly and would always take care of any necessity that I would have regarding any maintenance. Perfect size for a studio and love it that it's already furnished. Fair price for rent as well.

Nice quiet place. Not a lot of theft..but some. That's anywhere though.its a good place for t he cost. Management is nice and professional.

I've lived here for a year, Very nice Staff! Very pleasant grounds! Dog park, swimming pool, Community room for residents. No issues ever from anyone.

They never have any available units.
