One of my favorite restaurants and one of few I regularly frequent. Best pho in salt lake. Everything we’ve had is fresh and delicious. Service is always excellent. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Very good food. I had the Summer Rolls (appetizer $7) and General Tso's Chicken (lunch special $9). Had I ordered only the lunch special, I would have left hungry. My eating companion had the Beef Pho which was significantly more food, but I forget the price. I would absolutely go again.

This is what I call a 50/50 place. Here's why. The service was mediocre at best. Waiter went MIA when the joint got busy. Never came back to ask how our food was, and we had ask another waiter to get him so we could get more beverages. Finally showed up. On the food side , one dinner very tasty, the other, not so much. Just OK overall.

We eat here weekly. I have tried everything and liked mostly everything. Not the cheapest place but not unreasonable. If they had more engaged servers would be perfect. I understand how hard it is to find good ones these days.

The price points for most items are reasonable. However I can’t help but feel like the food is rather bland. Not much in the way of spices. We had to ask for Hoisin sauce. Also chili sauce is weak compared to other Asian offerings. Service is really slow, they are understaffed so this makes sense. There is a variety of better Vietnamese restaurants on state street. The “Spring Rolls” are fantastic. Everything else left something to be desired. Also I left feeling hungry so that’s not good. I doubt they will be around once the Novelty or having a new building wears off. If you do eat here. Plan on having over an hour to spend on dinner.
