I haven’t been in this store in 20 years. Decided to go prom shopping. Big mistake the white guy was rude and obnoxious and didn’t ask if we needed any help. He got mad because I said I didn’t want my daughter to look like everyone else in rock hill on prom day. No variety no style. Oh well thanks to him Poffie girl got our money. Will not be back see why I haven’t been in 20 years. Songs Suck!!!!!!!!

Went here to shop for a prom dress for my sister and the first employee was really rude. He did not attempt to assist us but came over shouting all of their rules and regulations for formal wear meanwhile the other employee stood over the balcony staring at us as if we are going to steal anything out of this outdated store. Then as we were hanging a dress back up he kept yelling for us not to do it because they will hang it up themselves (we were only trying g to put it on the hanger) there are no customers in the store so be grateful that someone is still shopping here all the dresses look the same but in different colors and the selections are awful. Definitely won’t be going back.

This is the worst store I have seen my 17 year old got a dress for prom from there and she cannot wear da dress it looks like something your grandma would wear worst customer service ever I wish i was even go take a store credit and they don’t do that either I would recommend no one to shop at this store ever....
