I’d give zero stars if I could. I got a necklace as a gift and it not being really my style I took it back to exchange it for something that was more my taste. Unfortunately, I did not have a gift a receipt b/c not everyone gives that with their gift. The lady at the register told me there was nothing she could do, mind you all I wanted to do was exchange and the price is on the item. It was never even taken off of the cardboard it came on. I use to love this store. Unfortunately, now I’ll never shop there again. I like companies that go out of there way and care for their customers (who spend ALOT of $$ with them). I would not put this store in that category.

I actually used to work here so even being on both sides of the environment I can't brag on them enough. Amy, Amanda, Tee, and Alisha the managers are all some of the greatest people I've ever met. Not only that the prices are so realistic. Anytime I need a gift for someone this is the first place I go. Having the charm club rewards helps tremendously too! It's not just a jewelry store. If you've never been you have no idea what you're missing!!!

Very neat and organized. There is a lot of variety to pick from so if you need a gift for someone this is a great store to come to. If you sign up for their rewards program you get a lot of great sale offers and coupons like BOGO free, $20 off $50, etc and sometimes they will give you coupons in the store. There are two dressing rooms if you need to try on items and I've never had an issue with them being full. I would recommend shopping here as it's a fun experience.

This place is amazing! If you're looking for that certain piece of jewelry to just finish an outfit, this is the perfect place!

I received a gift of earrings from here with a tassels broken off. I tried to return or exchange and was told I could not without a receipt. I am not going back to the gift giver and asking for a receipt that is just not classy. This store policy really stinks. There are many people who receive gifts without receipts. I just wanted something of equal value instead of a pair of this poor quality. I will definitely not shop here in the future!!!
