I took my car in because my aftermarket remote start was not working. I called around to several other places. The minimum cost was going to be $80 just to look at my vehicle. A friend recommended Carolina audio. I am more than pleased with their service. They spent almost an hour on my car trying to troubleshoot the issue with my remote start. It was determined the best option was to install a new remote start versus trying to fix the five-year-old system in my car. Even though that was not in the budget and I walked away without a remote start Derek did not charge me anything for spending all of the time on my vehicle and then talking me through my options. Anybody who’s willing to spend that much time with a customer to not receive a penny is top notch in my book! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends!

Had a remote start and proximity sensors installed on our new Rav4. Great service and communication with the owner. Very pleased with the work and quality they performed along with the testing to insure everything was working satisfactory. Thank-you

Called around and didn't like what I was hearing. After talking with Derek I felt like he had the best understanding of how to do the job and what it would cost. My car was delivered on time (earlier than promised - actually) and for exactly what was quoted. Highly recommend Carolina Audio Resources
