Sonic Drive-In

Ordered a Oreo cookie blast only. And it came out with NO Oreos!! It was vanilla ice cream disguised with one crumb of tablespoon of Oreo. Like it was the last bit of Oreo stuck in the corner of the bag when you throw it away. I swam to the bottom of the cup with my spoon to see if he got creative. Na-da! Just vanilla ice cream. How devastating when you’re expecting what ordered but get ripped off instead. See photo

Highly upset!!!! Haven't ben to sonic in years but a friend who came in town wanted sonic did not know you can't park and order anymore. Was told to go to outdoor ordering thing that did not work. Decided fine go through drive-thru. Asked if marinara was in bag guy said yes. Reached in bag and wasn't no problem with him parked walked in door and after I said need marinara was told to step out of building. When calling customer service number is constantly busy. Have never been more offended than this situation. Did teach 1 customer service rep and was transferred to voicemail. I see how this establishment goes and will no longer go there

I'm sorry the food was disgusting! The fries were so marinated in oil and burned so salty . The basic grill cheese I opened it it look like burnt rubber in the sandwich. I was going to go back for my money but it appears you all need it more The lady was polite I think that is all the good review I can give .

Barely made 4 stars. Fries was warm, at best. I had to repeat 4 different times a specific modification to my pork sandwich. Service WAS STUPID SLOW. I should have watched the drive-thru to see how service was done and where I was in the line or if the staff were handling drive-thru as top priority over those that were in the car stalls. The other 2 Sandwiches were made accurately, but were kind of flatten, possibly sitting and waiting to go out... the only redeeming aspect was the mozzarella cheesesticks! Fresh and crunchy hot!!! UPDATE: The breakfast sandwiches and fries were hot and fresh! Service was much better, since the last previous visit/this critique! The only thing was the drinks... We wanted LIGHT ice in our medium drinks. When we finished our drinks, there was still more half a cup of ice... Also, parking area nearest the side entrance/exit area has a few large potholes, looks like an exploded minefield...

Thank you so much for your help and the kindness your crew showed me when my milkshake spilled in my car. That was amazing service. However I didn't enjoy my burgers. Didn't taste right.Food: 4/5

At other Sonics I have had some horrible experiences and have tried to expose them here on Google, but Google won't let me so I will go out of my way to mention good Sonics. My Experience here was great, I could hear them clearly through the speaker, the food was hot and fresh, they were wicked fast bearing in mind it was almost dead empty, my carhop was Brian, thank you very much for great service and thank you for being one of the few good Sonics in the area.

Disgraceful chicken sandwich, ....skinniest chicken filet ,the skinniest and least amount of meat on a crispy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Big old thumbs down. But hey at at least the signature sauce and tater tots were on point. Corporate, if you read this , I would like to be reimbursed.

This specific Sonic is consistently low on their star ratings. Why? I asked for a BEC toaster. Consistently burnt bread burnt bacon. Atrocious to not have a way to fix it. Excuse, we have a regular toaster, other Sonics do not. Can't even grill the bun? Change must occur if you want customers to return. Burned food is unacceptable. Will order from other sonics who don't burn it and can correct it when burnt. They did remake it, but again, burned toaster bread. UNACCEPTABLE Management Joel did not think it burnt. Did not listen to constructive criticism. Sad. My original pictures were removed from this post! Adding the contrast between the bread and the tator tots. You can clearly see it is burnt ! I escalated it to the 866 . Hope they fix this. It is the closest Sonic to my work Update13AUG21: after speaking to corporate they are still burning BEC sandwich.. lost me forever.. tastes awful..

The fastest and freshest food of any local drive through. The staff is friendly, personal and attentive. Love coming here with my family. Couldn't recommend it more!

Waited 13 mins for 2 items that were barely warm after receiving an attitude from Timothy during my order process which I ignored the first time and throughout me having to get a refund. I had to wait for all of drive thru to be served even though I was there before multiple cars. Didn’t bring out my receipt for the refund and refused to issue it out and now I have to wait for it to show up. My money better be refunded to me.
