I was on my way home and needed a 'quick' bite. It was 9pm and although the drive thru wasn't busy, it took a while to get my order. After picking up my order, I inspected it and it wasn't correct. I had to go back through the drive thru and explained what happened. After the second time, it still wasn't correct. Instead of fries I received tots. Instead of chicken strips I received a chicken sandwich.
I live down the street and keep giving this place a try but it's never good. Stale bread, old soggy food. Bad quality with high prices. I called to let them know the hamburger bun was completely hard and inedible and they hung up on me. They always mess up the order and aren't willing to refund or fix it. If I could put a sign up warning everyone to not waste their money I would.
Ordered a coney had to throw it in the air fryer when I came home because it was so cold. My girlfriend grabbed a corn dog and it was burnt. The breading was a dark brown and tough. The burger was lukewarm…she threw it in the microwave … cmon now I know it’s fast food but this is bad.
For fast food the bar isn't set too high to begin with but come on...seriously? They forgot one of our items and the ones we did get are old, dry chicken and the weirdest tender meal I've ever seen. The bun on my slider is old and rock hard with something burned on it. The random piece of untoasted bread and singular onion ring really seals the deal.
Food take 15-18 min per visit. Don't be on a lunch break and except to have fast service. The online order ahead option seems to take longer. Seems like if I get the deal and save money it takes twice along so I'm wasting something more valuable, my time.Food: 4/5
To start with they have raised prices. Not sure why they feel they compete with bigger names. Girl over stuffed the bag and bag exploded as she handed it to me all over my car. Smiles and walks away. Had to see them manager who yelled at me like it was my fault and yelled yes I will replace the food. Forget the grease all over my floor. Food was cold and stale. Will not go to this sonic again

We was told you know we close in thirty minutes you can order from the fryer if you want food what a rude bunch of lazy workers fire them all I want there job.thwy don't care they turn away money all they care about is hitting the clubs and getting out of there they waste your money and offer the worst experience. Hurry home team thanks for nothing glad you shut down everything and it's 10:30 so you can skate out early
Absolutely horrible. The slider had bread that you could use as a hockey puck. The chicken texture was as if it were jerky and the large tots has no cheese on them, they were ordered with the cheese on it. The server was an absolute sweetheart though
Sonic in general is awesome but when you order something that's exactly how you expect it and you pay for it. The place is great the food always looks as if it was made earlier in the day and left to sit under the heat lamp. Most ppl might say then eat at home I do but every now and than when I go out to eat I expect what I pay for especially if I'm not one of those rude customers.
