Constantly closing ways to order. One day drive up is closed. Next day walk up is closed. Drive through is closed. You never know what way you can order. And the location in front of me doesn't even show on the app. Literally the worst service. I wish another place was in front of my work. Hate this west Sahara location

We came here for lunch and when I tried to order the guy that was taking my order was so rude! If I can give this place a 0 for customer service than I would. My husband and I love coming to Sonic. We came here on our first date. With that kind of service I don't want to go back. I was laughing with my husband and the guy asks me "I don't get it, what's so funny?" I told him I wanted the #4 just like the picture and he rudely said "I don't have the picture in front of me". This guy is not customer friendly. I felt so disgusted by his service we ended up leaving. We came on 2/1/23 @ 1 pm. Not coming back

Got the double burger with onion rings and Dr Pepper.. That’s how I roll and they made it perfect.. Best onion rings around.. So sweet and have the best flavor.. delicious all around.. Drive through was slow, but worth the wait..

It was my first time at Sonic's and the ordering system was a little cumbersome. But the food came out quickly enough! There was a small mix-up with our drink orders but they fixed it right away. Absolutely no issues and would definitely visit again during happier times.

I ordered a chili cheese dog, got home and opened it up to what looks like a bite was taken. Like they literally gave me someone’s eaten item, trash!! Not only is it unsanitary, this is in the middle of a pandemic!! I will never go back. They didn’t even offer me a refund. The customer service at the location was completely awful.

Absolutely terrible. The service and food are both just bad. My order is never right with missing items and food so messy and gross it’s inedible. The children that work there are so disrespectful it’s not even funny. Absolute trash establishment.

Sonic used to be good years ago and now they pretty much stink. The second to last time I ordered a cherry limeade. Tasted like Sprite and nothing like cherry limeade. Like how hard is it to make a decent cherry limeade? A good selection of their slushees are gone. Not only that but I ordered wings last time and got no sauce though I was told it was in the bag. The last time I came was terrible. Food and service was lousy last time and I won't go back here anymore.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. 1. They've shut down everything in favor of drive thru. OK, better keep that line moving. 2. The line moves crazy slow. Why? Well when I get to the window, my order of a single shake wasn't ready. I paid and then waited FIVE MINUTES for a shake. So that's how this place rolls. The whole business is going to handle a single order at a time and slowly. Spent 40 minutes in drive thru for one shake. I should have left but I promised my son I'd get it for him.

The drive-in portion where you can order at the stations are not accessible to customers. Only for delivery services like Uber eats and doordash. You must go through the drive-thru in order. The service was good and the person who took my order and gave me my food was super nice very friendly and inviting. I will go here again because I love hot dogs from time to time.
