Drive through, We ordered 3 shakes all with extra stuff two of them where banana and they did an amazing job. Husband ordered a Oreo shake and it was not extra Oreo it was mainly ice cream light Oreo. We paid extra for this and it was not how we asked for it to be. Disappointing. Food was good minus my meal I asked for no onions and there where loads of onions with old lettuce and the cheeseburger was so sloppy soaked in mustard and mayo and ketch up all over the wrapper and bun. I could not even eat it. the wrapper even said NO ONIONS with a sticker in yellow. You had one job.. yikes
Honestly I love Sonic, I’ve also been an employee at sonic before, but the way the manager just “resolved” my issue was inappropriate and not professional at all by any means. Just correct your employees and make sure they repeat back your order because the second correct order I received tasted like they dropped it on the floor as I bit down on some grinds of sand or dirt who knows. ALL I WANTED WAS TWO ALL AMERICAN SIX INCH HOT DOGS. Some people just don’t have customer service. Find a different job then. Also my onions looked old as heck.
By far the worst customer service I have ever received from any restaurant in Albuquerque NM . I literally waited for my food for over 20 minutes after paying for my order and I was in the drive thru. Items were missing, cold and poorly packaged. By the time I received my order I witnessed at least 10 cars drive off! I can honestly say that the location on bridge & 8th Street area lost me as a customer and I'm sure I am not the only one in total disbelief of the management going on at this location. Best of luck to that location on getting their team back in order
Sidnt tell me half of my meal was missing because they didnt have the items when i ordered and the food tasted horrible. Didn't even end up eating it. Waste of money.
Wish I could give no stars. This is the closest sonic to me and they Always open late the only have one of two drive thru lanes open and none of the stalls ever work. I went to get a sonic drink because I enjoy the ice and I get home to find out it wasn’t even their usual sonic ice!!! It looked like ice from the gas station bags not the nice ice expected: I’d rather drive 5 mile away than go to this sonic again.
We just got some Route 44's for happy hour. Hit the spot just at the right time. Haven't ate here in awhile. Hope their game has gotten more tight. Cuz last time I ate there it was left to be desired. Just sayin...you know I call it like I see it. "Thought you Knew!" Parking: Always lots of parking. Even when it looks full.
This is one of the worst sonics I've been to and hate to say it, but I've been to this one quite a bit because its by far the closest. Hope they get it together one day but I'll hold my breath. Oh and on the off chance anyone reads this, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes in the drivethru you're only option and your food to most likely be cold. Oh and ask them if their card reader is working that day, because it's not fun to wait that long for nothing once you get to the window. Don't even know how to warn their customers its down or take care of them by just giving them a $2 ice cream after waiting 30 minutes.
Horrible. Only drive thru open. Cant read the signs saying so. Took forever to order and get food. Would think by now have it down. Got free chili tots by their mistake but tasted like the oil needs to be changed. Got buffalo popcorn chicken. Barely sauced-see the photo.
The person Peyton never gave me my change. I was supposed to get $3 back and she never gave it to me. I guess sonic is now stealing money.
You guys charge extra for stuff but don't even give the extra stuff people pay for! Workers are rude as well.
