Dr. Carlos Velez is a blessing as a Dentist. He is very knowledgeable, kind, humble and provides the best dental advice. The staff are very pleasant. The moment I find his office on *Google* over 5 years had never change Dentist. I always said to him, He is my # 1 Dentist and he always have a plan for every procedure I get done. I always follow his instructions. I wish I could give 100 stars :

I’m a former dental hygiene educator. I know good care when I experience it. The entire staff at SONRISA is exceptional. My hygienist Cathy was knowledgeable, clinically outstanding, professional and personable. No bloated egos here, lots of patient centered care.

I came to Sonrisa for the first time to have a crown made, using recommendations from a friend and looking at reviews. Was very pleased with the work done. Very caring staff and dental work was done efficiently and without too much discomfort, considering it was a difficult procedure on a tooth way in the back of my mouth. A day after this procedure, little discomfort and no pain.

Great experience-- friendly, nice office with caring people doing a great job. I went in to get a second opinion on a cracked tooth and all options for treatment were given to me. I felt empowered and knowledgeable about my teeth-- not to mention clean! Thanks!

The location was easy to find and conveniently located. The office was bright, open, and immaculately clean. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the doctor was warm and professional. My procedure went wonderfully and felt like a spa experience. Will definitely go back.

I actually had an amazing appointment. The dental hygenist and doctor were absolute gems and I was looking forward to my next visit. However, the office manager told me she had cleared my insurance when in fact she had not. My insurance did not cover the appointment and she told me that they would. They then sent me a bill for my entire visit and are refusing to admit that they messed up. So now I'm in a whole appeals process with the insurance and Sonrisa is not cooperating. Its a bummer that the office manager messed this up because I loved the professionals I worked with there. A warning tale.

I had not been to a dentist in about 20 years. No judgment. Just came up with a plan and it is going VERY WELL. Very capable and friendly.

Have been going to Dr. Velez for about 12 years and have always had wonderful experiences despite the fact that I am a dental work wimp. He and his staff are professional, kind, fair, patient and prompt. You can even tell that they like each other. During the pandemic, all precautions were taken with cheeriness and thoroughness. If you have to go to the dentist, go to this one!!
