I absolutely love this place so much. I eat here at least 2-3 times a week. My favorite is the fired pork chops and the freshly made Cuban sandwich is so good. Reminds me of home in Miami.
i ordered empanadas and they were pretty good. there are places i like better but i'll definitely stop by again if convenient
I was disappointed. I ordered Spicy Grilled Chicken Yellow Rice and Beans and Sweet Plantains. Food was poorly prepared and chicken was tough and not spicy or grilled.
Don't try the Cuban sandwich. You will not be pleased. No mayo, just a slice of pickle that was paper thin, roast pork was dry and tasteless and the ham seemed burnt. So sorry I wanted $10 on this. The other food looked appetizing but I will not be going back.
Sophies is always good, lil pricier than typical spanish food...but worth it
Quick cost effective spot to get some Cuban food. Not necessarily the type of place to focus a date on more of a quick stop onto another activity. I recommend the pernil, sweet plantains and yellow rice. The food is definetly filling.
I got spicy chicken with black rice and vegetables and also the steak. Both were delicious and the green spicy sauce is also good. The plates cost anout 13 bucks each. The place is always clean. Seating inside, bathroom. They have 9.99 specials and flan if you want dessert.
Everything was delicious! Tried the pulled pork, pulled turkey, yellow rice, plantains, avocado, empanadas, stuffed yucca, ham fritters, green sauce... It was ALL good. Fair prices. Staff was nice and welcoming, patient. Would definitely return again.
Fantastic food. 5 stars.
