Check your online orders before you leave. I Placed a salad order for pick up. Instead of garbanzo beans, they gave me Lima beans. I requested arugula and got mixed greens and cabbage. I’m 7months pregnant and I want what I ordered, and if that’s not possible, let me know My number is on the order… After I picked out the Lima beans, the rest of the salad was pretty good I guess.
Love their signature salads, and my friend loves their soups and sandwiches. Just really frustrated that they no longer accept any discounts government, military, etc and instead make you use their app, which they try to tell you gives you even more perks and cash off, but it really doesn't. Just another company CEO who only cares about himself and not his customers store employee told us it was the CEO decision to stop these because he felt he was "losing money". So disgusting.
The ordering is weird. One line for salads and one for soups/sandwich's. Can fill out a salad sheet while you wait to make the process faster when you get up to where they make it. I had the half soup half sandwich combo. The sriracha chicken was really good and the bread was fantastic. The clam chowder wasn't as thick as I've had it other places but, was tasty as well. They have an "open faced" pot pie that looked really good. Will be stopping here more as the temperature drops.
That is the best salad! If they have some promotion like buy 1000 dollars gift card, get 200 extra credits, i will do it without hesitation. The price is reasonable for pick 5. The crispy chicken is always good. I didn’t like the over-commercialization like SG. I ordered a salad, 20 dollars and something. I like the that make food, rather than make business
Delicious salad bowls and decent soups. Their lentil soups have been me gassy three times although the rest are good. Their Mediterranean Bowl with Chipotle dressing is a highlight
They had the worst cashier ever for the lunch crowd on 8/19/21. She was nasty, insulting, and treated me like I was lying about adding an addition to my salad. The salad person said I added two additional items mind you she NEVER said there was an extra charge even though I told her it was my first time there. She said that she was right even though I was also counting on my end. She proceeded to tell me that when I go into an establishment I should learn how they do business. I work for one of the major firms in the area and will be letting my colleagues know about he poor service at this location. Get your food somewhere else until they teach their employees about customer service.
This store is absurd. On four occasions in that past month, I have been to the store at its opening time of 10am, and they were not open. I placed an order online for 10am. It was not available at 10am. I waited until roughly 10:30 each time. It was still not available and I left. I would not recommend going here.
I went to Hale and Hearty soup for the shrimp bisque. The young lady who served me fully understood when I said I wanted the largest they have. She laughed and nodded. It made me chuckle. Thank you for awesome service and great soup. Folks check out the Metro Tech Hale and Hearty location.
Sassy and unpleasant employees with attitude!!!! Just cause I was ordering for a client and had asked 2 relevant questions?? Unbelievable, right after the pandemic when you should be so lucky to even have a job!!
I get good orders for lunch on my work few times in week. I like so much tomato basil soup.
