Our server was extremely accommodating and wonderful. The ambiance of this restaurant was amazing. Definitely recommend the lobster gnocchi- the picture in this review is a half size portion. The tuna tartare had a kick to it but was still good. We finished the meal with an apple tart and Port- can’t wait to come back :
Everything about our dining experience at Sorellina was phenomenal! The food was amazing and customer service was top notch! Our server, “Uncle” Mark was kind, patient, and an all around great human being! We had lots of questions about the entrees and he made some really great suggestions. You will throughly enjoy your time there!
It was a fancy restaurant so they require a little bit formal attire rather than just casual look. Most dishes are very expensive but really worth them. I especially loved ribeye and gnocchi and will revisit here for them for sure. Recommend here for celebrating or dating
Omg sorellina! The butter squash ravioli was an absolute killer. The flavor was so rich it was mind blowing. The lobster gnocchi was great too but the ravioli was just insane. And the foie gras, it’s a MUST order. It doesn’t taste like the conventional foie gras, but it’s very creamy, silky, smooth and with the crispy bread bread taste insane I would never forget the flavor. Visited this place twice in a month, both times were very satisfying. Great selection of wine too.
Nice atmosphere, classy upscale. Food and presentation was good and service. My friend ordered Gnocchi which was very salty waitress quickly removed her plate and suggested choosing something else. After much back and forth my friend agreed to order the octopus which was an appetizer but best choice-she loved it! Manager also came over to make sure we were satisfied and told us that he orders the octopus every night!
Get the Gnocchi and the Ravioli, thank me later. My wife and I came here for a first time in Boston together dinner, and it did not disappoint. Between having some great half bottles of wine, as well as their nice selection of pasta dishes and entree's. Our waitress was personable, friendly and attentive. She made some great recommendations, and even gave us a full overview of how to visit Salem take the train!. Overall, know that it is a pricier place, but well worth it for the food and experience.
The atmosphere is awesome and my server was great. My favorite was the octopus it was one of the best dishes that I ever had. I also loved the oyster but I could barely taste the oysters but overall great fish. For my dessert I had the chocolate cake with vanille ice cream
Sorellina's is finally off my bucket list of restaurants to try! Reservations are definitely required. Service was very attentive from the Bus Boy to the Waiter. Wine menu is more intensive than the food menu but don't be fooled! Food is top notch! Overall it exceeded my expectations!
Best restaurant in Boston. The depth and layering of flavor is only paralleled by the fantastic service. I’m not sure why this does not have Michelin consideration, but to me it should.
how many times have you been to this place? 1 summary: supposed to be an "upscale" restaurant place in boston... but nothing special when you compare with other upscale restaurants in nyc. service: the server was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the menu. would I revisit this place? Probably not
