These people are crooks. Watch your credit card. They will charge you twice. Plus they ripped off my 18 year old daughter.

I signed up for SoulCycle "tap back Tuesday"class, this is where if you sign up to for a cycle class on Tuesday, you receive another cycle class on Thursday. I think this is great idea because you are basically getting 2 rides for the price of 1. Anyway, I completed my cycle class on Tuesday and was looking forward for my class on Thursday. However when Thursday arrived there was inclement weather and the studio was closed. On Friday I called the studio to ask if I could reschedule my Thursday class the studio rep said NO they do not reschedule rides if you signed up for 'tap back Tuesday". I thought this was very unfair being that their studio was closed. I also sent an email explaining my concern and I have yet to receive a response. I just think it is really shameful that they could not honor their program. Although I love the workout I will not be returning to SoulCycle.

Amazing instructors and great staff! So nice to be able to get your workout in without having to drive to the city. I love this place and can't wait to go back sometime soon!

As a huge soul cycle fan, this studio is no different from what you'd get in NYC. Great instructors, friendly staff, and while it's not cheap there are often fun specials and it's worth it.
