On Wed,, May 23, at approximately 2:45 pm, I was traveling E/B Main St at Daniel Morgan. This intersection has 2 L/T lanes (clearly marked) and 1 straight or R/T lane. SCDOT truck, license SG94437, with a decal #5339 in the L/R window (operated by a white male, suddenly decided to go straight rather than turn left from the marked lane. A near accident ensued with the car traveling straight until the SCDOT truck activated his emergency yellow lights and barreled on through the intersection, causing the other vehicle to brake. Good Job (NOT !) SCDOT in letting us citizens know that you do not have to obey the traffic laws unless it suits you. There was no emergency and the SCDOT truck immediately turned off the emergency lights on crossing into the correct lane. I'm glad an accident did not occur but it was the other citizen who stopped to avoid the collision.

I was told to come any time of day before 1 pm the take driven test for motorcycle ...i showed up at 10:07 the next day the lady behind the counter then said we stop doing test at 10:00 each day the same person that has told me the day before anytime before 1 with out an appointment...I then asked when can I come back to be sure I will be able to try for the license same lady said come before they open at 9:30 am next day so I was there before the doors open as she had required and had her my license and she said we have already stopped doing the test it was 9:35 ......9:35 and would not say why just a smart remark that's what I said we have already stopped ..... And this is the type public service we have to put up will.....WHY?
