Great place to live. They allow pets and do lots of fun events, which allow you to get to know other residents. If you have a dog this place is great because the dog park is located right across the street. Also great prices for renting. 5 out of 5 would recommend renting here.

South Duff is an amazing place to leave for a reasonable price! It is super pet friendly and has so many events for residents. The maintenance team is helpful and they are quick to attend to the situation. The staff is very nice. All around a lovely place to live!

This is one of the best apartments I’ve lived at before. Quick to do any maintenance, always putting on fun events and they are pet friendly with lots of room for pets to roam.I recommend to any undergraduate or to any graduate and vet students. It is fairly quiet for the amount of students that live here!

South Duff is a great place to live! The staff is amazing, rent is affordable, and the location is great right next to the dog park.

This place is great! It’s just far enough away so there’s not tons of game day traffic, but just close enough where you can still access everything easily!

Moving to South Duff was the best decision I could have made in terms of choosing where to live for college. The staff are very professional when handling any issues or just answering questions! There is always something fun going on and I feel like I am truly part of a community.

My experience at South Duff apartments was overall quite good. I was on the 3rd floor. I almost never heard any noise from the neighbors on my side of the unit, although my roommate did complain about hearing the dog of the neighbor on her side whining. We did have some maintenance issues that cropped up like a washer that wouldn't drain and a deck door that wouldn't lock. Both got taken care of in a fairly timely manner. I do have to complain that the maintenance worker who fixed my washer make kind of a mess that I had to clean up. Another complaint is that the stairwell areas weren't super clean. Someone spilled like coffee or something on one of the building entrance doors and it stayed there for the rest of my time living there. The hallways themselves were usually pretty fine though. Being on 3rd floor it could get pretty warm. The ac kept the living area quite cold, but the one vent in my room didn't really cut it and it was always much hotter in the bedrooms than living room. Overall it was a good experience. Most of my complaints aren't major and didn't super negatively impact my living experience. The distance from campus was obviously not great for me as a student, but it was usually pretty nice and quiet so that was good.

I absolutely love living here! There’s always fun resident events with free food, the apartments are clean and cozy, and the staff here genuinely cares about the residents having a great experience.

This place has been a GREAT place to live! Living at South Duff has been an amazing experience. First off, the staff is beyond incredible, always friendly and is willing to help with any issue. Moving here I feel that staff has made an effort to get to know me not as just a resident, but as a friend! The maintenance crew is also awesome, you can put in a maintenance request and they will come within the next day to fix the problem. If you don't own a vehicle or just simply don't want to drive, they offer a shuttle service to their residents. Their property has a large space of grass to offer a recreational area and also includes a basketball court. Most apartments make owning a dog seem as an inconvenience, but the staff at South Duff made the process of registering a dog go very smoothly. Also owing a dog is great because there's a dog park right next to the apartments. The office then includes FREE printing which is always a bonus for any college student! They even have a game room that includes games such as, air hockey and ping pong. The apartments are incredibly spacious, affordable, and has fireplaces. Smart TVs are even included with every apartment! Furthermore, my favorite part of South Duff is definitely the friendly helpful environment. The office is always holding events for their residents, from a catered Thanksgiving meal to walking tacos during dead week. I would recommend this property to ANYONE that is looking! Truly love living here. The employees are very accommodating! The amenities are so great, and the socials held are always a blast!
