Stopped by here yesterday on a recommendation from a friend while visiting from out of town. I got a meat lovers calzone. It was a bit pricey. However the flavor was really good. It was made very quickly. Service was great and everyone was friendly that I interacted with. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Overall, a really good experience!
Food good.Service nice. Clean restaurant. Pretty expensive Been going here all my life. Everything has been fine. However, please stop guilt tripping me into tipping the staff. You do it out loud so everyone can hear. Thus making me seem like a jerk for saying no. Your prices are already too high. $17 for a small 1 topping pizza. At that price the responsibility having paying your staff for doing their jobs does not fall on your customers. If people want to tip, then godspeed them. But, let them do it on their own accord. This is a major turn off for me and members of my family. You have/will lose customers over this.
This place is tried and true ordered from here several times, food is good customer service is excellent a staple in the south portland community, owner really seems to actually care about he’s employees always a go to take out place for us
Just enjoyed a very delicious meal. Any one hungry on a Sunday afternoon, I would highly recommend SoPo House of Pizza. I was the only dine-in customer for about an hour. The Spaghetti and meatballs were delicious. The sauce had a defined ripen tomato taste much like Lou Malnatti’s pizza. The noodles were cooked well. The meatballs were a tad on the small side, but very good. The bread roll was soft. Everything was very good which made the cost worth it. I would rate the expense about average. Spaghetti w/ meatballs and a drink was $15. It was a pretty large proportion of spaghetti too. I would return for another meal.
Everything you need to make your lunch complete. I usually go to my staple. Their BLT is one of the best I have ever had. The place is spotless and the staff are some of the best you'll encounter. I've never had a bad experience there. Even the friends I go there with are delighted by the atmosphere.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes

Great food/great people. Both Eric owner and Eric night manager run a great operation and put out wonderful food and hospitality. I had opportunity lately to offer a suggestion, and both Erics were enthusiastically receptive with the owner coming to my house to discuss! Running a business - especially a restaurant - is increasingly tough, nowadays, but these guys have had it down-pat for years. Great food, great people, great service and great location. Wonderful family-run business hits every point. You need to visit this place ASAP.
Got a salad, and large chicken finger. My salad was CRISP, super fresh and delicious. Chicken fingers are hard to complain about, so nothing bad to say on them. The food was good, and the restaurant was clean, well organized with lots of drink/chip/desert options. Smaller menu size, but I can respect that as they are obviously keeping the focus on quality and not quantity. Staff are pleasant on the phone and I believe it was the owner who checked out my order when I picked up. Looks like a well ran business, in a very nice, safe plaza.
