was worried abt the burger being over cooked because of other reviews, COOKED PERFECTLY. had the classic burger and the sauce was great. green smoothie was also awesome. would recommend! for reference, i ordered my burger medium.
I don’t know where to start, caramelized onionsraw, the meat is frozen, 1/4 inches, I took a picture for reference, $11 for a burger with no fries not even in Cheesecake Factory. If the burger is delicious I don’t mind paying $11 for just a burger, but when you overprice and under deliver. I can not recommend this place at all, I will prefer to go to the Olive Garden next door and don’t waist my money or time, it’s sad because the service was really good,. I’s the first time that I qualify a burger so low because it was bad. Thursday Dec, 23 2021
This was a 3.5/5 stars experience mostly because of the long wait times and the food taste. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was pretty good! The sweet potato fries were decent but mushy. I probably won't go back againFood: 4/5
This was my very first time going to this restaurant. I’m incredibly displeased with the service and the food. My entire meal was served to me raw. I was also one of several costumers to be served raw food that night. When I asked for a refund the manager told me I would have to wait until Saturday. I called back Saturday and still wasn’t given a refund. I have tried calling multiple times throughout the week for my money back. Every time I call I get the same response, “we don’t have a manager in to give you the refund.” Today when I called the manager hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable. Please be careful when eating here, make sure your meal isn’t raw.
Used delivery…staying nearby 1/2mile in a hotel without a car. Ordered two chipotle burgers, cauliflower bites and a kale smoothie. Total was about $45. Ordered at 6:08PM and food arrived cold and soggy at about 7:17PM If there were no drivers available why offer delivery? I think the food was made immediately and sat for about an hour! No sides with the burgers and the bites were too soggy to eat. Smoothie was filled with frozen fruit chunks and had no real flavor. Added garlic aioli to one burger and had a good ole glob of mayo had to scrap off it was enough for three burgers. One little piece of lettuce on each burger, which wasn’t enough to cover the burger. I’d love to ask for a refund. Driver was rude as well. I’d give zero stars if possible. Do not recommend!!!
Got a Beyond Burger and Fries. The burger was pretty good except it had some kinda mayo sauce that I don't remember being mentioned on the menu but I just ate through that. The fries weren't fresh and a bit hard. My wife had a salad that was pretty good. I liked their message and mission so I didn't give them 3 stars. A bit pricey but that's no different than the similar chains.
I really enjoyed there food selection and quality B. Good provides. I would recommend you give this place a try!Food: 4/5
I wasn't sure what to expect having never visited a B.Good before. But we really liked the choices and the salad servings were enormous. I also enjoyed the stories behind some of the burger stories. We also got a burger which was delicious. A bit pricy and quite a wait but it was all worth it for good fresh food.
So many choices on the menu at B.Good Restaurant, made it difficult to choose! Can't wait to go back to try some other options. My husband got the "Cousin Oliver": burger w/Boston lettuce, tomato, onions & homemade pickles, plus a side of grilled corn on the cob that came w/queso fresco, jalapeño ranch, cilantro & lime. I had the "Spicy Avocado & Lime" bowl: kale, quinoa, sautéed veggies, avocado, black bean & corn salsa, tomatoes, queso fresco, lime, cilantro, chipotle puree & red pepper vinaigrette, plus on the side got 3 eggplant meatballs delicious, texture & taste just like regular "meat" meatballs. My daughter got the "Adopted Luke" burger: turkey burger w/mushrooms, caramelized onions, smoked gouda & bbq sauce, along w/homemade fries. We ate it all, not a crumb left. :
One staff member was friendly enough, but to everyone else I felt that we were an inconvenience to them. I felt uncomfortable even asking for extra napkins. I totally don't expect people to be thrilled to see strangers they have to serve all day every day All of my jobs have been customer-facing, I get it but it's not cool to be so irritable that customers feel uncomfy. Loved my first two bites of food, but immediately realized it's extremely unseasoned. I'll never understand the concept that vegan/healthy food needs to be unseasoned. I do understand catering a menu to all diets, but I was looking for salt and pepper shakers /somewhere./ I'll probably order again because we really need fast, healthy food options, but I'm getting extra sauces and sneaking in salt!
