For 35 years, South Texas Surveying Associates, Inc. has been supplying surveying services throughout the state of Texas. Bonded and insured, we perform both residential and commercial land surveys. As a multifaceted company we are knowledgeable in all areas of land survey and land development.
Established in 1980 by Fred W. Lawton, RPLS & PE, a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, along with his son Fred F. Lawton, RPLS, as a family owned and operated surveying company we take pride in our work. Over the years we have acquired an extensive library of invaluable research material for Harris and surrounding counties, which enables us to expedite the abstracting process and provide a quick turn around from field to finish.
