Dr. Nicknam and all of his colleagues are very friendly, professional, they care for their patients. They listen to your concerns and care about how their patients feel. They give you options on ur treatment and ask how you feel about it. The ladies in the front office are respectful, friendly, helpful they answer any questions that u may have while in the waiting room. I highly recommend Dr. Nicknam as your Primary Care Physician.

This place is probably one of the worst medical offices I've ever been to. I had an appointment two months ago and needed a referral for my podiatrist uploaded to my insurance portal - it has not been done. I have called and left multiple messages. My insurance company has called and also left multiple messages - the referral has still not been uploaded. Now I have to take time off work, two months later, to see if they can upload my referral. If you are looking into this office, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - anywhere else.

All I can say is I had good results and experience with this place and Dr. Nicknam. Making an appointment is easy and fast; there is no need to wait a few weeks just to see a Dr. I like it.

Dr. Nicknam is a great pcp he takes the time to actually listen to the patient's concerns and address them with care. He's doesn't just prescribe meds and send you on your way, he orders tests and gets to the root cause. That's what makes him different. Aaron S. is also amazing he's not a doctor but still a great example of office staff. He definitely follows through and that's important when it comes to medical needs and getting things done. He is also very kind and always respectful. I only gave 4 stars because wait times can be pretty long, if not for that it would be 5 stars for sure!

I absolutely love this place. It is always so clean. Everyone including the employees are always wearing there masks and the service I receive each and every time is exceptional. Dr jong is my primary care doctor and he actually listens to you and is very nice and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He’s the most Caring and understanding doctor I’ve ever come across. I have probably seen him about seven or eight times in the past two years and this place is very consistent you will receive the most professional care ever. I will refuse to see any other doctor. And when I’m in the waiting room I hear the same exact thing when it comes to Dr. nicknam as well. Every time I leave that office I leave happier and feeling better than I did when I went in. I never feel rushed no matter how busy the clinic is. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. They’ve got a loyal patient out of me forever. Horrible patient care. The front desk is rude. Appointment times are never honored and we always end up waiting hours.

This place NEVER answer the phone. I dont understand who is suppose to answer calls but THEY DONT! I have had to drive to the office to reschedule appointments because no one calls back in the 1 business day they say they would nkw i have to find yet ANOTHER doctor office to go to because they want to charge u a fee for missing a appointment becsuse They wont answer the freaking phone im so irritated with this place

I have been going here for few years and hasn't got better. I feel current doctors don't Listen or care

I was referred to this doctor by my coworker. Had a pleasant first appointment with Jennifer. Don't want to get her title wrong. Sorry!!! I feet that I will be in good hands with this doctor office. Everyone treated me good.

All the Medical Assistants where very respectful, friendly, willing to help each other. Overall the experience was wonderful, no complaint from me. Keep up the great ATTITUDES!!!!
