Medical assistants are all very experienced and highly trained. Doctors and staff conduct themselves professionally and compassionately.

I applied to be a patient at this office at the beginning of Dec. Got a call today to book out my initial appt and wasn't scheduled till early May. Unfortunately any medical concerns I have cannot be treated until after this appt. Hopefully none of them are life threatening. In addition the appt clerk is an extremely rude woman. She should not be in the healthcare profession. I actually was in the healthcare profession and worked as an appt clerk and managed the personnel as well. Any employees I had would have been fired for lack of professionalism that she exhibited.

Can never get in for an appointment. Takes over 20 minutes for the front desk to answer the phone. Leave messages and though they promise a call back within 24 hours it never happens. Had to go to ER and pay that hefty bill since they never answer calls, return calls or have appointments. Front desk/ schedulers need to be replaced. Your front office is a direct extension of the care the physician provides. Do not recommend this group at all. Unimpressed.

I have been seeing Dr Linden for many years. The staff at Southern Oregon Internal Medicine are always friendly and professional.
