A great little kettlebell gym in the heart of the Southside. I've been swing bells there for over 3 years. One of the great things about bells is that almost anyone of any age or fitness level can do them just by varying the weight they use. One of the reasons I like Southside so much is that the clientele tends to be more middle-aged people trying to stay healthy and fewer gym rats looking for the perfect body. All sizes and shapes are welcome. The focus is health!
This place has the BEST instructors! Great atmosphere for females, also!!!
