Great place to workout. Positive environment, friendly helpful staff. Classes are good size, socially distant and professionally run. Definitely would recommend.

I love the fast pace! I never get bored because the workouts are different every time and you never know what combo is coming next! The instructors are great and do a good job keeping the energy level high!

Amazing experience! I’m a total Newbie, out of shape and had no clue what the workout would be like other than gloves and a bag. Everyone was super helpful, I got instruction on how to do hand wraps and how to throw some basic combos. It was an AWESOME workout and worth it! Fun music and great instructor! I’m coming back for sure

Upbeat, perfect pace and amazing music. Loved the variety of movements! I liked the environment, it wasn’t intimidating and everyone was at different levels which was nice to see. I worked with Zach to get a membership this week and look forward to Sunday classes! Thanks Zach- you are awesome.
