Southwest Gas Corporation

I was on mccartney going towards Coolidge to get onto the i10. As I was turning on the i10 one of the southwest gas trucks were behind me going WELL OVER the speed limit and almost rear ended me. I have a baby in the car so this was completely unacceptable, even if I didn't it would still be! I did not get a number on the truck because he was going so fast. Please southwest gas check who was driving one of your trucks at around 430pm going towards coolidge!

Before I signed up for new service I called and the representative was very courteous and answered my questions about approximate monthly cost. On a later call to actually set up service I received similar courteous treatment. I have yet to move in and receive a bill but so far I can only expect service similar to what I have received.

I like the fact that I can get my bill paid, just that it would be better if it was an actual person attending me and not a machine.

Never had an issue. Turn on a knob and you can cook and heat water. pretty amazing actually when you think about how much piping that requires to every home.

They told me I had entered a wrong number on either my account or routing number so my money couldn't be pulled and my bill went up to $92! So I called and paid over the phone and was charged a $2 conveince fee, when I checked my bank account I had been charged twice! I called customer service and they refused to return my extra payment and said there was nothing they could do but use it toward a credit towards my next bill, and that I could have my bank reverse the extra payment BUT if I did that it would be considered a returned payment and I would be charged a fee of $30 I believe! It's ridiculous!!! How can they be serious with that crap? I have NEVER had a company refuse to give me a refund and then give me a suggestion but tell me if I followed through with THEIR suggestion I would be charged by them anyway. Beyond pissed.
