Southwest Theaters Turtle Creek 9

This theater has got the best seats. Way more comfortable than the grand theater. I would probably give the theater a five star rating if it wasn’t for the fact that every time I’ve been in the bathrooms are disgusting.

Seating was very comfortable. All chairs are recliners with good cushioning. Area was very clean. Concessions were overpriced more than usual... will try to get menu pic when I go tomorrow. 2 drinks & popcorn started @ $18.25 which is about $3 - $5 more than Grand Theater.

The seats are better than the grand. The reason for 4 Stars is the bathroom is bad. Some hinges on stalls are wobbly and could be easily fixed. Also the bathrooms are not clean all the time. Other than the bathroom problems, the theater is great. Btw, a worker of Southwest called customers idiots for not flushing the toilets in a comment below. That’s true, but the workers need to clean the bathrooms when they get dirty. That’s what you are paid to do.

Clean theater, though the bathrooms can get sketchy at times, and they have the electric recliner-style seats that are always a hit. You can purchase your movie tickets online and choose your seats ahead of time, I highly recommend this. Although I should add that even at a big Star Wars movie launch it wasn’t terribly packed. Great theater overall!

This theater is dirty gross. Garbage all under the seats. Garbage in cup holders. And what is up with the prices? Too expensive for such poor and dirty services. Will definitely not be going back to this theater. First time and very last time. Bathrooms were nasty. We even went to the very first showing of the day and the theater was so trashy.
