Cinemark Tinseltown USA

Most of the staff treat me like family since I see them so much! I love the new lounger chairs! The space between the seats is amazing! No more hefty people slamming into the back of my head trying to get through! No more kids kicking the back of my seat! And you don’t have to do the movie shuffle to get through other people to go to the bathroom! 😂. This is the only theatre that I go to now!

Never had a bad experience here. Just watched a movie with the XD experience - excellent! Snack lines were about as expected on a Saturday night, but there was a separate snack area across from the XD theater which only had two other customers ahead of me and two clerks to help out. Perfect! I was recently surprised by showing up for what is apparently discount Tuesday. Very affordable matinee tickets then.

The ticket takers were on the phone while I stood waiting for acknowledgement of our presence. Once we were acknowledged, the rudeness that we were presented with made me decide to not even engage in purchasing a ticket. It seemed that our presence was an intrusion into her world. Not an acceptable scenario for me to spend my entertainment money. If I come here again, will purchase online so I don't have to waste my time dealing with an unhappy or entitled employee.

Oh. My. Gosh. The new luxury loungers are awesome!!!!! So much fun and so comfy to watch a movie now. Feels like you're in your recliner watching a movie. The only issue is that now, with the new chairs, movies sell out quickly. So if you want to see something newly released, you better already have your tickets before getting there.

It certainly has been some time since I last visited this movie theater in particular, to my knowledge they did close down for renovations and it is definitely clear to see. The lobby doesn't look so busy and is nicely organized, and it's not hard to get to your designated theater room and even if you need help, the staff can offer clear directions. My visit there was to see Black Panther and the upgrades to the theater rooms themselves are well-deserved. The older seats were cluttered together, and you can easily suffer from individuals walking in front of you or just being unfortunate enough to sit behind some much taller than you. In this particular room, there is so much more space to move between aisles and to your seats, without having to worry about personal space or anything like that. This is mostly due to the seats themselves, which are now individual leather recliner chairs, which is much more comfortable than the old cloth ones. There is also these sort of dividers between rows that don't hinder tour vision but helps to separate you from seeing others and potentially any phone screen, fortunately I did not experience the accursed phone issue. The screen itself is bigger in size and it's clear to see, even when sitting far away, which helped me considering I don't have perfect far distance vision. The seating capacity could also be the cause of this. The room helps a large number of people but, it's not crowded thanks to bigger aisle space and dividers between rows. One thing, I'm not certain of, is if this experience is limited to X.D. viewing or not. O was not there to purchase the tickets, but upon returning again, I will try my best and update this review with that information.
