Reservation honored car was easy to get when needed

Unbelievably horrible experience. Booked 5 days in advance and they gave my space away...told me lot was full. Told me to call cust.service for a refund. Made me late for appointment and very blase attitude. DO NOT use this place for any reason...reservations will NOT matter...even if you pay in advance.
Perfect spot to drop the car and hop on a train.
They crashed our car into the structure pole. Also left huge chips in the paint in our car. Do not trust these people with your cars.
Valet style parking, but more expensive than others near by.
