SP+ Parking @ Robert's Garage

This parking garage is centrally located in Downtown Miami right across from the courthouse behind the Court House Plaza. That's the only thing that's good about it. The place is always flooded when it rains. They have two elevators and for years only one has worked and that's when it wants to. They let you in and don't tell you when the only one that works is also out of order, so if you're carrying a heavy case, which I always do, then you're doomed. You better not be physically challenged because you still have to take stairs to get to the main building that's attached to it.

CAUTION: The EARLY BIRD Special reads ,"Early Bird,in before 10am out after 3pm".... I guess I read it to fast..I parked around 9:20 am and returned around 1:20pm (est) I handed the lady $10.00 and she shook her head NO...I'm leaving two hours early so I owe another $15.00 making the total $25.00...Any parking lot I ever parked in had always cost more for the longer you parked..NOT IN this place using the Early Bird Special.I noticed in the other review they said one of the elevators don't work,that is still the case.

Horrible parking and the hours of operation are wrong. They closed the garage with my car inside and they opened two days later. No way to cantact them and they can't solve any issue.
