SPEAR Physical Therapy

I badly fractured my wrist and, after a surgery which left me thinking I would never fully recover from, I started occupational therapy with Amanda. My healing process with Amanda's has been amazing! After only 6 weeks I feel like a different person; my wrist has regained most of its mobility and flexibility and, even now that I have stopped therapy, I can continue to work on a quite effective routine Amanda developed for my needs. I do not think I would have been able to recover as I did without Amanda. Her skills, dedication, professionalism, individualized attention have been life-changing for me. Amanda's exceptional and genuine care also extended to the type of friendly environment she was able to create among us, her patients. Even though I live on the upper west side, and this location on the upper east side was not the most convenient for me, I always looked for to go to my therapy sessions with Amanda. I'm forever grateful to her and feel extremely lucky to have gone to SPEAR and have met Amanda.

Feel so lucky to have found Spear Physical Therapy. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, warm and caring with the goal of ensuring I regained mobility and flexibility. I will return after my next knee surgery.

I can't say enough good things about Spear. I went in for a pinched nerve in my neck and came out in 3 months with my full range of motion restored and all feeling back in my hand and arm. Every person I interacted with there was helpful, efficient, and downright lovely. Such a friendly and fun staff made my experience there a pleasure. David was great at knowing exactly how to tackle my problem and counteract any issues I had. Highly highly recommend this team!

I tried a few physical therapy places prior to this one, but none come even close to how amazing the Spear UES team was. Leon got both my knee and back in great shape in only a few months. I'd highly recommend to anyone who has been struggling to find a good P.T. place.

Useless. No need to go there more than once, just get the exercises and you can do them at home. The therapist didn't keep track of the exercises I did and one time even forgot about me there. I had to remind her.
