Specs For Less

To be clear and honest the service and Attitude I got from the staff was great. They came off extremely friendly. Why 1 star. I had a VDT voucher “video display terminal” from DC37. I sit in front of a screen sometimes up to 16 shifts mandated working doubles. This company gave me regular glasses with no protection. When confronted I was told the VDT voucher was only good for another frame + prescription lenses. I called DC37 to get information about this and was told the VDT voucher is suppose to be good for frames and lenses with a special filter to filter out blue light from the monitors. I spoke to the manager supposedly and he refuses to acknowledge this and insisted if I wanted the protection or would cost money out of pocket to have it in the lenses. If that’s the case while handing over a VDT voucher why wouldn’t have they even mentioned that knowing what they are being used for? I contacted DC37 and notified them. At this point I’ll let them do whatever they do If anything. I personally will never do business with this place again. Crooks

Literally the sweetest staff on earth! So professional and so kind. They had a wide selection of eye glasses to choose from, everything was clean. Absolutely no complaints, worth coming here again

Came here for the obvious reason, "Specs For Less", and I was immediately greeted by Rose. She was very helpful with helping me pick out some new frames and glasses. She told me when they would be ready, and they were, just as promised. I then went over, again, because my frames got damaged. This is when I met Jose. He was so kind and professional. He took care of my problem, and within ten minutes I was given new frames! He explained to me that they were still under warranty. What a Relief! Thank You, Jose and Rose.

Two months before I went there and took the glasses from them literally they changed almost double...I checked it and ask them theye told me their one is the real brand so ...other's is fake? I never want to go there anymore

I have been going to Specs for less for more than a decade. The staff is friendly, most of all the assistance manager Jose is a doll. He has so much patience, kindness and helps you with all the needs for your eyes. I give this place a double up. I just love my new glasses I picked.

I was referred to this location by a friend but I can honestly tell you I definitely won’t be going back at all. This location lacks customer service skills and communication skills. When I first when there which was recently I noticed the employees were gossiping alot about their boss and etc from the morning through the day. No respect for customers there. They gossip so much that they aren’t paying attention to their jobs. They lost the form I took them when I first went there and made a mistake with my glasses. Also, they didn’t fill out the form the correct way and I had to call them back and forth. I called them on the phone and they kept hanging up the phone and didn’t answer. I ended keeping the glasses as they were but I definitely wouldn’t waste my time or money there. I would recommend going to another optical that can better assist the customers.

Very bad service and unprofessional. They think that because we need service we are going to be treated how ever they want. Wrong.. lost my service

Excellent service by the team. My selection of glasses were pricey, but I wanted a new modern look! Judith was professional and very helpful in picking the right glasses for my face and style that reflects my personality! Thank you again!!!!! Slam dunk!!!

They are only good when you going to them, as soon as you ask for your prescription watch them act up like crazy. So unprofessional and annoying.
