Just wanted to give a great thank you to Jim. I spoke to him about a constructive eviction we had to institute. He was very thorough in explaining to me the process, asking questions, patient in finding the main cause, and efficient in explaining the law. Though my amount was too small to use a lawyer (have to do small claims), he was upfront and honest. I couldn't ask for me. He was stellar! Thank you for your guidance Jim. When we get to buying a house, I'll gladly give this firm a call and recommend others to give them a call. Thank you for the great customer service.

The team at Spector Foerst & Associates were able to help me in a number of different family issues. We were first introduced to Jim as our real estate attorney and he helped our family transition from the Midwest to New Jersey. Once here, we didn’t know many people or professionals, so we continued to rely on Jim and team. Over the next few years, SFA helped us with our wills, got me out of speeding ticket and helped my husband recover money for a car accident. The attorneys at Spector Foerst & Associates are all so knowledgeable and helpful. They advertise as “We want to be your law firm for life.” I can say that this has been true for our family and we will use them for all of our legal needs in the future.

I used Jim Foerst for my home purchase. It was not an easy transaction as the sellers were handling their family estate, and emotions were running high. It was a neglected property and the home inspection summary had no less than 100 items that needed to be addressed. Jim was tough when warranted, yet cool and collected when dealing with me. His excellent guidance and advise were integral in keeping this deal together. I trust him implicitly and recommend him without reservation.

Jennifer Cadillo from Spector Forest completed two real estate acquisitions for me. Five star experience. She made the home buying experience fun and easy with her willingness to answer every question and her attention to detail. She even helped with follow up questions and copies of documentation after the transactions. She is highly recommended!

I used James when purchasing my first property. When I first spoke to him on the phone, he seemed like a bulldog that would get the job done and go to bat for me, so I went with him. First impressions can really be misleading. My case was given to someone of less experience, but James was CCed on all of the E-Mails. They were so non-responsive that my mortgage broker made numerous comments to me asking what is up with my lawyer? I get that me closing on a house is small potatoes compared to other cases, but it got to the point where it became a joke during the process. They offered little to no advise, which is something I desperately needed since it was my first rodeo. When we closed, James did not even stop by to say hi even though I was in his office. This would have been the polite thing to do as I am a client. After closing, I followed up with a question regarding some items we reviewed during the closing process. Of course there was no response. I guess because they already had my money.. I would choose "my cousin Vinny" over this guy.
