This place I suspect tries to steal from their guests. On multiple occasions I have gone in there and last minute the cashiers ring an item up I did not even grab. I have had to get multiple items refunded that I did not purchase. My last interaction was with a cashier who tried to short me with $5. She was relunctant to give me my money until I mentioned there is cameras there. Sketchy place with stealing cashiers. Do not recommend this place at all.
This speedway is literally one of the best ones around me. They are always stocked and their staff have always been courteous and polite, which is a major issue these days. It seems as if everyone hates their job and wants to have an attitude with the customers, which isn't very fair. But I highly recommend this speedway.
It’s a 24 hour store but for some reason they feel the need to lock the doors late night/early morning to “clean” when the place is never really that clean or stocked. You don’t even see anyone in there they just clearly don’t want to do the job they get paid for. The customer service is slow and usually accompanied with and attitude. This is the only place open unless you go all the way to Morse road so it needs to stay open 24 hours like it’s sipposed to. I have contacted corporate and will do so again because they haven’t changed.
Even the most evil person ever wouldn’t put commercials on a gas station pump, so why would you?
Have been going to this location since it opened years ago. It used to be a nice clean store, fresh prepared food, good service. In the past several years it's decline to the point of the ice machine always being broken, order from the soda machine, really old food on the roller grill not to mention the buildup of old food on the surface which never gets cleaned. Food safety violations on the roller grill's cleanliness. Coolers not stocked. During the work week the manager is there and the store looks a bit more cared for. I barely go by Speedway anymore, quit smoking and just buying soda pop at the grocery store. Staff is the younger generation and always have their cell phones out texting or playing on them instead of service customers and keeping the store clean. They never ask if you have a speedway card so be sure to not pay until you have your card input scanned, alt ID, App so you can get your points. Staff changes so much, it's like a revolving door. Bathrooms seem somewhat clean. Coffee is good. This store used to be a training store, if it still is that would explain why all Speedways are looking as bad as this one.
This is a very busy location and yet they seem to keep up on their selection and variety of snacks, food, etc. you're being offered. Later in the evenings there most definitely could be an increase in staff, along with an increase and friendliness of the staff that is there. I understand you're busy but there is no need to make the customer feel as if it's their fault and that they are bothering you
Air pump is often broken. Giant pot holes. Place often looks a mess. Even though they will have 5 people working, there will only be one cashier at the register even with a line wrapped around the coffee stand. Have often had to decide if waiting in line is worth what I had came there for.
Cashier was 2 feet away from me and kept pulling his mask down when he was ringing me up. I don't like wearing the mask but I also wanna make sure I do my part in keeping ours safe. Not the first time I've seen this here. I will not be back
Selling bad gas. I have my car in the shop and will have $4k in repairs. New Catalitic Converter and other repairs are needed. No response yet from my complaint to corporate which isn’t a surprise. I will go across the street to Giant Eagle or down the road a bit to BP instead.
A pretty good Speedway location. Always very busy with sometimes long lines. They could use more cashiers working later at night. Great selection of stuff!
