Fantastic service! I went to inquire about engraving options for a pendant I already had as well as to see chain options for it. This was going to be a special gift for my son's high school graduation.
Tracy was kind, attentive and well informed. I also spoke with Josh about some raw gem pieces I own to find out if they had any market value. He too was kind, knowledgeable and honest.
I was welcomed warmly, felt comfortable, found the perfect chain and got a reasonable quote for the engraving. I would definitely return and
highly recommend this wonderful business!

This was the best experience my fiancee and I have had shopping for wedding rings. We cannot thank Robin enough for her wonderful help. Now we just wish that we had also gone to Spicer Green Jewelers for her engagement band! They have a large and beautiful selection with fantastic customer service. Spicer Green Jewelers is our go-to and we highly recommend you make them your first stop.

The team was absolutely amazing. They were quickly able to help me find the perfect engagement ring for my now wife. She absolutely adores it. They have such a great selection for anyone from young couples to more established couples. I cannot thank them enough for their help and hard work. They even were able to match the perfect wedding band within our not so large budget. Could not be happier with my decision to shop at Spicer Green Jewelers.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Spicer-Greene Jewelers.
I brought in a watch that I gave my husband as a wedding gift 35 years ago, to perform a small repair and polish it up. While there we looked for and chose a replacement watch and also new wedding bands, with the initial plan of making a larger purchase upon picking up the old watch.
After not receiving a call with an estimate, I called the store and was informed it had just came in that day. I authorized the work to begin. I also did not receive a call for a pick-up date. Again, I called them and was told that I wasn’t contacted because they had no phone number for me. At this point I was really irritated. Had this actually been the case, a simple postcard could have been sent. Due to my frustration, I asked my husband to drive down and pick up the watch. The lady there became defensive about the situation, put the watch in a tiny plastic bag with no way to close it and handed it to him.
It is obvious that the marketing focus of Spicer Greene Jewelers has changed to the younger shoppers. They seem to feel that these shoppers will make their first purchases with them and continue their purchasing through their life time. To a point, I understand their new marketing strategy; but in the meantime, they need to be reminded that we “boomers” have the money to spend now. It is not a smart business practice be so far-sited in your marketing that you watch current business walk out the door, as our future business has done.
