Spicy Pie Minot

This place is unique! The waitress overheard my son say he wanted just cheese but we ordered pepperoni. He was thrilled when she brought out a pepperoni pizza with two slices of just cheese. Definitely earned a repeat customer!

Good food. If they can get your order right. Last two times we’ve order they’ve gave us meatless nachos.. I’m not a vegetarian. Maybe I made a mistake and looked back on my receipt but nope! Pretty sad means it’s good food but the workers suck. I got a refund back with no “we’ll send another order with apologies” offer. Damn millennial kids these days. Poor work ethnic.

Up until recently, Spicy Pie has been one of my favorite restaurants in Minot because of its quick and delicious pizza. However, the past few visits have been absolutely terrible. We’ve waited over an hour just to get two slices of pizza and have had orders that never came out. I understand that they also have online and pickup orders to do, but people who ordered after us and less than us in the restaurant were getting their food first. When our food did come out, it came out 30 minutes apart and the pizza toppings were sparse. One pizza slice had about an 1/8 of the amount of sauce it normally should and probably 1/2 the cheese it normally does. It also appeared to be undercooked. So I was basically just eating a crust. Apparently they had “lost my ticket,” although I’m not sure how you do that. When my garlic knots did come out (an hour and a half after ordering them) they were burnt on the top. Poor quality service and unfortunately, getting to be poor quality pizza.

Ordered a meal that hit over the minimum for delivery and then even added a generous tip, got a call almost an hour and a half later to hear the lady on the other end telling someone she wasn't going to deliver and was then treated to rude customer service claiming I need to hit $8.00 even though I stood at 10 plus the 5 extra I paid. Taking my future business elsewhere.

This pizza is delicious! I should have signed up for their rewards because I've purchased so much pizza lol. It is our new family choice over the other brand pizza places thus far.
