Splashwear Aquatics

I just ordered a parka online from swimwear aquatics and I’m regretting it, I’m unable to track my order, it has been three days and it’s still labeled new order, that have already charged me the 80 dollars but have not sent me email confirmation on my order. Seems a little strange. I hate giving bad reviews but I was just hoping to recieve my jacket before my Waterpolo season and now I’m not to sure what to expect.

Found this site because they had a good price on the water shoes I wanted. I was contacted right away that the color I wanted was out of stock. I was given the choice of other colors and their response was so quick that it did not affect the order shipping time. Very pleased. I love communication; it makes me feel secure that my order went through, that it shipped, etc. I recommend this company and will use the again.

Great prices and even better customer service. Due to the nature of my order, I had to contact them on a couple occasions. The quick response time and extremely friendly and helpful customer service would be hard to match anywhere else! I know I will be back to Splashwear Aquatics for future business!

They were wonderful! I actually contacted them after I ordered a bathing suit from another company. The other company was not willing to work with me and try to get the suit when we needed it. Splashwear Aquatics was amazing!!!! They located the suit I needed and were able to get it to me a a couple days! Kara and Jeannie had such great customer service! They were in constant contact with me! I can't say enough good things about them! If you need anything swim related, contact them! Even though we live in Ohio, Splashwear Aquatics is our new place to get all of our swimming products!!!

I looked up this business on the Internet and read horrible reviews about them. Since I live very close to their store, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I went to the store in November and receive nothing but excellent service from very kind people. Just because some nut on the Internet is bitter and can't be appeased over a simple mistake, doesn't mean that it's a bad business. Some anonymous idiots just like to rant....angry at life or whatever. I went in and bought some Bokos sandals and they acted like it was the biggest purchase of the week! I absolutely got fantastic service. I am definitely going back.
