Victoria's Secret & PINK

I'm very pleased with my shopping experience I had yesterday!I was just going in for the 7 for $28 sale I was looking for my size in underwear's when an employee named CJ approached me and she explained the sales that were going on and told me about the 2 for $48 bras at pink and the $40 bras going on at Victoria's Secret.She is definitely a person that loves her job and she knew her stuff!She helped me find everything I was looking for and more!As a customer that's what I'm looking for when I go shopping !

The sales staff were friendly and helped me when I needed it and the store looked semi clean. The reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because of the quality of the bras. I went in to find some bras and the bras that were in the drawers looked used. There were strings and little marks on the fabric some even had deodorant marks from previous try ons. There was hardly any selection as well. In one drawer there was 4 bras total and all of them had marks or bunches from other people trying them on. Until they are able to improve the quality of the selection and the bras conditions I would not recommend this store.

I was wearing my favorite bra and asked the manager about the satisfaction guarantee policy as it was coming loose on the seams. I bought it in August 2016. She allowed me to get a new one to replace it and I also bought another as I loved them. She escorted me to the register and I paid for the new bra. Thank you for the excellent service!!!! I'll be back for more!
