Tldr, Shy is the best. Came in on Sunday after Thanksgiving bc I needed an emergency haircut and there were no other haircutters that were open in the Montrose area. Hands down the best haircut I've had in a long time. Shy is a hair pro. I have thin hair and curls. This means that it can be difficult to cut right. I came in not knowing what to expect but I can say that Shy exceeded my wildest imagination. She's raised my standards of what a good cut looks and feels like. I love that she uses J. Crew and Nioxin products.

Initially wrote a scathing 1 star review and decided to update it. I paid too much for the haircut because I got charged for extra service I didn’t ask for. The person that cut my hair, Nina, was really nice. So I feel bad being harsh. I’m sure she’s usually a good barber. One side was longer than the other side so I had to come back in and get it fixed. Iris fixed the uneven side and gave me two free cut coupons. Since Iris and Nina were so nice to me, I had to upgrade the review! I may come back now.Service: Haircut

New guy gave me a line up without even asking. Fade needed work too. Dude was so sure and proud of himself, I didn't have the heart to say anything. I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't for. "This is gonna be the best haircut you've ever had so please leave a review". I always loved how humble, kind and caring the staff is, which is why I felt comfortable and could say if things needed fixing cuz i know my hair is a nightmare.
