Story

Sports Etc. was established in 1980 in suburban Arlington, MA about 8 miles outside the city of Boston, as a genuine sporting goods store specializing in all team sports from football and baseball to track and ice hockey. It soon became apparent in the hockey rich area of New England, that there was a greater need for a store that truly specialized in selling and fitting hockey equipment, goalie equipment, and ice skates.

Now in our 35th year of business we keep growing and getting better at what we do. We understand that anyone can sell hockey equipment, but not everyone can truly fit hockey equipment. If you've been here you know we simply won't take shortcuts or sacrifice fit to make a sale. That is what we are trying to bring to the table as we expand our business across the world wide web.
