Be careful of buying the ‘packages’ of visits for things like personal training, massage etc. In 2020 I couldn’t use 4/10 visits and they insisted I only had 2 visits left to refund. I tried it again in 2022 and couldn’t use 2/10 visits and now they’re saying they only owe me one. Where is this extra $ going?!! This place is seriously overdue for a CMS investigation. Their billing for non-insurance covered treatment is horrendous. I don’t trust them one bit that they’re not funneling the extra $ into another account for personal use. Not one bit. Also, it’s almost impossible to get appointments with their trainers which is one of the reasons I’m looking for a refund. I give up on trying. They’re all great but are also insanely overworked. I’ve gotten to know a few personally who couldn’t take it anymore and just left. I don’t blame them.

Great experience with Dr. Harmandeep Singh. 20 years of neck related headaches diagnosed and resolved with physical therapy. Fast on site imaging and most of all accurate diagnosis means I'm pain free without meds for the first time in decades. Highly recommend.

Waited 2 hours after the time of my appointment and still did not get seen. I ended up walking out before the Dr spoke with me. Neither she, nor her office ever called to follow up or apologize. Horribly run office
