This office is very friendly and efficient. My Hygienist, Kendra, greeted me at my appointment time very appreciative. She did a very thorough and quick not rushed cleaning and polish. Dr. Husney came in next, finished the check up, gave me a few recommendations. I happily scheduled my next appointment before leaving. I'll look forward to next time. Thanks for the great service
My family switched to this practice after our longtime dentist quit taking our insurance. We are so fortunate to have found this office. They are very efficient, but at the same time everyone is also so nice and personable. If you have to go to the dentist, this is a great place to go. I had an appointment today with Dr. Knauer Sr. and my teeth look amazing!
All the staff were friendly. The hygienist was great with my 5 year old who was getting her first x-rays and cleaning. They have a great practice plan for those with no dental insurance, practically half the price of what it would be!
My husband and I have been Sprayberry patients for 25+ yrs. Their expertise and professionalism is A+ in our book!. One of my crowns came off last night and they were able to see me 1st thing this morning and have me out the door within an hour after my appt time started. Thank you to everyone at Sprayberry for another great experience!
BEWARE! New in town and took my wife here to get a crown reattached, and hopefully get established with a new local dentist. Had a bad impression right away...the place feels like an assembly line. Then they insisted, against our wishes, on full bitewing x-rays 5 for this simple procedure, obviously so they could upsell us on more procedures. Even worse, the assistant doing the prep and x-rays was extremely curt and unfriendly. We resolved not to go back, and as a final insult I had to pay $25 to get the digital x-ray images emailed to the new dentist this is NOT normal! Don't be misled like we were by the good reviews...If you look closely you will see there are too many other reviewers with a similar experience...go elsewhere.
I don't want to give them any stars. I have gone here for 20 years and it has progressively gone downhill in the past few. Today was the icing on the cake. I won't go back. It was chaotic and unprofessional. Employees talking/yelling back and forth to each other about lunch etc, they hygienist made a mess with the water and pulled the suction out of my mouth while looking the other way...I was still spitting and it went all down the front of my face, neck and clothes. On top of that, the dentist made a very unnecessary/rude/inappropriate comment to me about how I was dressed. Unbelievable. I will not ever be back there again.
I love this dentist the staff is friendly and the doctor does really good work which is the son of the practice. I’ve been going to them almost 2 years and they have done good work on my mouth and I really appreciate them so much and also I love that this is a family practice.
Sprayberry Dental performed procedures without warning us about the costs and that my insurance may not pay for it. The clinic then sent me a big bill after my insurance company refused to pay for the procedures. So, I called the clinic to reason with them that the bill should not be entirely my responsibility. Unfortunately, their billing lady, Stacey, ended up shouting at me they should have the recording of the call to prove it and hung up on me, but not before she threatened to send in the collection company. After that unpleasant call, I and my wife both cancelled our appointments at Sprayberry Dental, permanently.
I went in for a regular cleaning and a cavity fill. I ended up having to push my fill back a few times, every-time I did they were so sweet and understanding. Today I went in for my fills, dentist was able to fill all four of my cavities in one go and I’m so grateful. I am able to get braces because of this dentistry and I can’t thank them enough. They were so amazing throughout the process constantly asking me if I was okay, made sure I was comfortable to fill two more cavities and have my whole bottom half of my mouth numb. I felt really safe and comfortable and it was an all in all great experience.
Professional, fair and trustworthy. My last dentist did a crown on a healthy tooth and all I needed was sensitive toothpaste for the receding gum. I discovered this because the pain continued after the crown until I started using the toothpaste. I had gone to him for years. I totally trust the Sr. Dr. Knauer. They care. My husband and I have gone there for 15+ years.
